Despite being physically fit, back pain was always present. In one session Robyn diagnosed the issue and I was 90% better after the session. Robyn Pester is phenomenal. I have always been an outdoor enthusiast, but have struggled to maintain my active lifestyle in the 15 years since failed ...back surgery. While I have seen many physical therapists, including some who are outstanding, none has helped me as quickly as Robyn. I first saw her in early December 2022, after struggling with foot pain (plantar fasciitis, nerve pain) for 8 months. After just 2 visits, I could cross country ski again. Moreover, within minutes of our first visit, Robyn discovered an ankle instability issue that had never been addressed, that she believes is contributing to my pelvic instability and back pain. Along with Robyn's continued help, I have begun PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections to stabilize the ankle, and look forward to more improvement with my pain and stability issues. Robyn is caring, intelligent, thorough, knowledgeable and funny. With 35 years experience and extensive training, one visit with her is more effective than weeks with a typical therapist. Robyn was very thorough as usual and used her dexterous manual skills to help my upper arm feel better. Her well thought out strengthening exercises a...nd stretches are always helpful in correcting my imbalances. She always sends me the description of her exercises with images and instructions to help me remember how to do them accurately. This is most helpful in re-gaining my mobility.
